Have you ever wondered, who's the Drug Task Force and what is it they do? Wondering what it's like to be an undercover narcotic officer or an Interstate Criminal Enforcement officer working America's highways? This free citizens drug academy is designed to educate residents, teachers, parents, grand parents, business owners and even police officers how your Drug Task Force operates. The drug academy meets once a week for 10 weeks, normally from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday nights. And did we mention that it's FREE.
If you are interested in attending, please contact Lissa Adkins at (615) 790-2691 Ext. 2195 to receive the application form. The application can also be downloaded from our web site and mailed to the Drug Task Force. Class size is limited to 30 students and you must be at least 21 years old to attend. Priority may be given to applicants who live and work in the judicial district. You will be notified by email if you are accepted into the next NARC Academy.
The current class is now CLOSED. We have are new class and they will start September 17. We are now taking applications for the Spring Class in February 2010
